Young Adult Registration for the Eastern Division Young Adult Patroller Seminar– SMUGGLERS’ NOTCH 2023

The Eastern Division Young Adult Patroller Seminar is for National Ski Patrol Registered Patrollers aged 15 through high school graduation and is an excellent opportunity for learning new skills, showcasing what you already know, and making lifelong friends in the ski patrol community! Registration is only open to members of the National Ski Patrol.  During the online registration process, you must have a parent or legal guardian present with you to answer all the required questions. There are two tracks in which a Young Adult Patroller can select — Competition or Enhancement — as described below.  Once chosen, you cannot change tracks, so reading and understanding the difference between the two tracks is crucial.   Please contact the Eastern Division YAP staff with any questions.  Thank you for joining us at  Smugglers’ Notch, it is sure to be the best weekend of your ski season! CHOOSE YOUR TICKET TYPE

ENHANCEMENT TRACK registration is highly recommended for candidates or new patrollers, especially if this is their first time attending the seminar. YAPs are given instant feedback and insights for their individual improvement in their patrolling skills by evaluators.

COMPETITION TRACK registration is highly recommended for those who have one or more years of active patrolling under their belt. No feedback is given during this option, and rankings are released at the banquet dinner Sunday evening.

It is important to understand the differences between the two tracks as once registration forms are submitted, it is impossible to accommodate changes. Please contact the EDYAP staff before registering with any questions.

Please purchase one ticket at a time.  The Young Adult registration form requires lots of information and mixing Adult tickets, and YAP tickets can become complicated. It is recommended that you add one event to your cart and proceed directly to Registration and Payment.  After completing one transaction, please return to add an additional ticket.  Thank you!
