Winter Officers’ Meeting — Smuggler’s Notch 2023

Eastern Division Officers meet annually at the Young Adult Program’s seminar to prepare for the upcoming SOM.

NOTE:  Registration for the WOM is by invitation only.  If you landed on this page by accident, please return to the YAP Seminar page and choose Young Adult Patrollers or Adult Registration.

For invited officers bringing spouses, partners, or guests, please select from the attendance packages that include an additional attendee (plus one guest).

Packages include: 

• Resort Lodging in a Mountainside Condominium
• Daily Alpine lift tickets on All 3 Mountains
• Free unlimited use of 58km of Cross-Country & Snowshoe trails
• Use of indoor pool & hot tubs
• Ice Skating & Tubing Hill
• Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
• Dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Before you make your reservation:

Make sure you have your PROMO CODE available (check your email invitation to Winter Officers Meeting).  Each Division Board Member and Invited Guest will receive a discount for Double Occupancy attendance.  Please make certain your promo code applies the discount BEFORE you finalize your registration.  If it does not, please STOP and contact either Kate or Nancy.

The balance for extras needs to be paid by credit card.

Notes about Accommodations:

• As mentioned in the email you received, Smuggler’s Notch Resort accommodates our members in mountainside condominiums, and the condo-style lodging has been challenging to arrange for officers in the past.
• The condos are made up of studio, one-bedroom, and multi-bedroom units.  For double occupancy registration:  The registration form will ask you for a roommate’s name.  Please get in touch with an invited colleague and work this out in advance.  NOTE: It is easiest to arrange when both parties indicate their willingness to be housed together.  We’ll organize the roommates if no one is listed on your registration form.
• A “Private Room” means you will have your own room but may be in a condo with other officers.
• Some double occupancy rooms might have beds of different sizes.   We appreciate your understanding and know you will work it out with your condo mates.
