A one-day experience of all the modules of the Certified program designed to introduce the Certified Program expectations. Killington delivers plenty of challenging terrain; the event begins on-snow with the big four: skiing, toboggan handling, and the OEC modules, then Avalanche and low angle rescue are introduced. Throughout the day, the indoor based modules are interspersed. The goal is to give participants an experience that sets the bar for Certified program expectations.  If you are thinking about a candidacy in the Certified Program, stat with this “Calibration” course and learn what Certified means in the Ski Patrol community.

The rest of the weekend is dedicated to the Killington Patroller School events.  To see the courses that are offered on Saturday and Sunday, go the OET Killington Patroller School page.

Hotel and lodging information will be emailed in the registration confirmation receipt or follow this link back to Killington lodging options.  Each patroller is responsible for their own lodging.  Gather a group from your patrol and spread the word about Elk Patroller School!
