Eastern Division Officers and Staff gather annually in Albany, NY, to begin planning the upcoming season. From the options below, please select your arrival and departure dates for SOM. The Spring Officers’ Meeting begins on Friday, May 2nd, at 7:00 PM for Regional Officers and ends on Sunday, May 4th, at 3:30 PM. The Eastern Division Awards Banquet begins on Saturday, May 2nd, at 6:00 PM with a cocktail reception just outside the ballroom.
Eastern Division leadership, RD’s, and the Division Director’s guests received a Promo-Code by email. Please have your code ready to receive your discount. Regional leadership travels under the policies and procedures of each individual Region. Contact your Region Treasurer with questions regarding event registration and payment.
