“Eastern Division” Officers gather annually for planning the upcoming winter Ski Patrolling season.  Saratoga Springs – Malta, NY is just a few miles further north of Albany.  Thank you for coming to the Eastern Division’s event registration site.  The Fall Officer’s Meeting comes to order at noon on Saturday. However, some Committees start meetings at 9:00 AM on Saturday.

Division personnel invited for the meeting receive a PROMOTIONAL CODE (check your email) with a discount which includes a lodging package. This event is sold as a “Double Occupancy Per Person Hotel” stay — please be ready to tell us your roommate preference and we will do our best to pair you up.  For those interested in a private room or traveling with spouses, you may select from those options at your own expense.

Eastern Division picks up the tab for Region Directors and Division personnel only.   Section Chiefs and ARD’s who attend will need to be reimbursed by their local Region.  Contact your RD to ensure that your Region has approved your travel plans. Please have your credit card ready during registration.

Hotel registration ends on August 7th.  Please register as individuals if you have a promo code.   Once you complete registration, watch for a confirmation email.
