OET Eastern Division Staff Conference – Killington VT 2021

This year’s OET Division Staff Conference is at the Killington Grand Hotel, adjacent to Snowshed Lodge.

OET Division Staff meets annually with Regional Administrators (RA’s) and our ski industry partners, PSIA-AASI.  The meeting is made up of conference meetings, and on-snow activities led by Steering Committee members.  The purpose of the meeting is to provide Staff and RA’s with the most current OET program roll-out, which they bring back to the regions to kick-off winter clinics and the Patroller School season.

Please review the dates and hotel/lift ticket packages.  Select the package that matches your invitation and duration of stay.  Division Staff and PSIA-AASI members received a PROMO CODE discount.  Eastern Division will pick up your expenses if you bunk with your colleagues in a Double Occupancy room.  Please tell us the names of the roommates you prefer to room with.

This season the OET Program will handle all the booking and room assignments for everybody, including the RA’s.  The pricing is per Patroller.  Everyone must register, Print a ticket, read the Event/Training Release and bring it to exchange for a Lift Ticket.

Division Staff members, RAs, and guests, your Event Invitation came with a PROMO CODE — each staff member is responsible for the balance due after your code is applied.  If you chose a single room or are traveling with a guest, please have your credit card ready.  Rooms will be pre-paid upon arrival; each individual will be responsible for hotel incidentals during the duration of the stay (Eastern Division will not pay any expenses charged to your room nor any alcohol tabs).

This year Eastern Division is including Region Administrators in the Promo Code distribution.  Region Staff members no longer need to submit reimbursement requests to their Region Treasurer.

Please select the hotel packages that match the duration of your stay.  Your invitation represents your required arrival date.

Remember the critical meeting times:

• Hotel check-in at the Killington Grand Hotel starts at 4:00 PM on the day of your required arrival.
• The first meeting begins in the main conference room at 7:00 PM on Friday, December 9th.
• We will be serving a private breakfast buffet in the Northstar Conference Room every morning at 7:00 AM.
• The first official on-snow session starts at 8:30 AM on Saturday, December 10th, at Killington’s Snowshed Lodge in the main 2nd-floor dining area.
• The event wraps up on-snow by 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 11th.
