Region Directors, ARDs and Section Chiefs

Division Officers, Board of Directors, and Supervisors/Advisors are expected to attend the SOM:  A promotional code with instructions was emailed to you.

Most attendees to SOM arrive Saturday morning for the 10 AM meetings

Region staff members traveling to the SOM are required to pay in full. Reimbursement policies differ by region; please check with your Region Treasurer for guidance.

All members of the Eastern Division are welcome to attend the SOM and can purchase a hotel-stay package below.

1. Economy pricing is based on “per person/double occupancy rates.”  You will share a room with another attendee.  If you want to room with a specific person, you and your roommate should both name each other during registration.  Please plan ahead.  Please do not choose this option if you’re bringing a guest.
2. Optional PRIVATE ROOM for attendees traveling alone.  Please do not choose this option if you’re bringing a guest.
3. Attendees traveling with a “Plus-One Guest,” such as spouses, are entitled to amenities such as meals and the banquet.  Please choose this option if you’re bringing a guest.

Please register as soon as possible!  We expect this event to sell out quickly, and Albany always has a shortage of weekend rooms!  Registration closes on April 11th.  A late fee of $30 will be charged for any registrations received after April 5th.  Rooms cannot be guaranteed after registration closes.
