Spring Officer’s Meeting — Desmond Hotel, Albany NY

“Eastern Division” Officers and Staff gather annually at the Desmond Hotel to begin planning the upcoming season.

Please select and purchase just ONE choice from the attendance packages listed below. 

Division personnel receives a PROMOTIONAL CODE (check your email) with a discount which includes a lodging package (typically double-occupancy lodging).  To receive your discount, we recommend that Officers register as individuals, the registration form will include spouses and plus-one guests.  Hotel packages which include guests offer full meal plans including Saturday lunch, cocktail reception, and banquet attendance for your listed guest.

Region Staff members traveling to Spring Officer’s Meeting do not get Promo Codes and are required to pay in full.  Print out your Event Receipt and submit expenses for reimbursement to your Regional Treasurer.  Click here to download the NSP Expense NSP Expense Form

When selecting from the attendance levels offered below, click the “Show Details/Hide Details” link to help make your choice.  If you are selecting “double-occupancy,” which saves the Division and the Regions money, please be prepared to tell us the name of your roommate.  Remind your roommate to register as an individual and the hotel will put you together.

Rooms cannot be guaranteed after April 15th, a $10 late fee will be added.  The hotel imposes deadlines to ensure that Eastern Division receives the lowest rate on the block of rooms being held by the Desmond.  Please do your part to help wrap-up registration as early as possible.
