Winter Officer’s Meeting — Smuggler’s Notch 2020

“Eastern Division” Officers and Staff meet annually at the “Young Adult Program’s” gathering to review the winter season.  For those bringing wives and guests, please select from the attendance packages.  Please note that meals and lift tickets for guests are not covered by the Division and not included in the Promo Code value.

Make sure you have your PROMO CODE available (check your email invitation to Winter Officers Meeting), each Division Board Member and Invited Guest will receive a discount for Double Occupancy attendance.  The balance for extras needs to be paid by credit card.  Keep in mind that after February 5th, a late fee is imposed.  To guarantee the Eastern Division’s reserved block of condo bedrooms, the resort requires early registration at our discounted rate.

Smuggler’s Notch Resort accommodates our members in mountainside condominiums.  The condos are made up of multi-bedroom units.  Please contact your colleagues among Division Leadership and set up arrangements to tell us who to arrange you within the condos.  Everyone will get a private bedroom but will share condos.  The Registration form will ask you to list your condo-mates.

Make some calls, convince your condo-mates to name you on their form.  This will help us arrange couples and singles into multi-bedroom condos.  Smugglers’ Notch Resort requires that we settle all arrangements by February 11th.
