NSP.ORG Course Credit “Request an NSP Course”

National Ski Patrol requires that IORs request courses using the INSTRUCTOR COURSE REGISTRATION FORM found on the Center for Learning (select the middle tile titled “Your Learning Center”).

Click the RESUME button to bring up the form.

The page will bring up a red-colored form with lots of fine print.  Click into the red space and scroll down until the form fields appear.  Please fill out the form and submit it.

It is a good idea to be prepared when requesting a course. One best practice is to provide the list of ASSISTING INSTRUCTORS on this form because these assistants can help manage student enrollment.

The second best practice is to select an Instructor Trainer of record to propose as the QA person who will ensure that the course is conducted in accordance with NSP requirements.

For the Assisting Instructors, only a name is required; however, the form asks for the email and NSP ID number of the IT of Record being selected.
